CIAA files case against joint general secretary

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a charge sheet against joint secretary at the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works Tanuklal Yadav in connection with corruption.

The CIAA claimed that Yadav amassed illegal property worth Rs 12,482,485 through the misuse of public post.

The CIAA in its charge sheet claimed that Yadav had earned only Rs. 8,419,681 through legal channels. nepalnews.com pb Dec 12 05
