King unveils 10-member cabinet
His Majesty King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev issued the order of a 10-member council of ministers under his chairmanship on Wednesday.
The release issued by the press secretariat of His Majesty stated that the Council of Ministers and the portfolios are as follows.

Oath of nine ministers administered
His Majesty King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev administered the oath of office to 9 members of the newly formed council of ministers at the Narayanhiti Royal Palace in Kathmandu on Wednesday evening.
Crown Prince Paras, Chairman of the Raj Parishad standing Committee Parashu Narayan Chaudhari and others were present on the occasion.
Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare, Durga Shrestha, was not present on the occasion. nepalnews.com pd Feb 02 05
