Minister Pandey leaves for Delhi

Foreign Minister Ramesh Nath Pandey left for New Delhi Monday morning to hold discussions with his Indian counterpart, K. Natwar Singh

Talking to reporters at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Minister Pandey said he was going to Delhi with a message of good will, cooperation and understanding.

He did not elaborate.
