The swearing-in ceremony has been delayed after doctors attending Koirala advised him for rest, NC sources said. However, the doctors have said he might be able to attend the ceremony and the first session of the reinstated House of Representatives in the afternoon as his health is gradually improving.

The swearing-in ceremony was to take place at 9:30 this morning at the Narayanhiti Royal Palace.

It has not been decided whether Koirala would take oath of the Raj Parishad, the King's privy council.

Koirala, unanimously chosen for the post of Prime Minister by the seven parties, has been ill since last few days. nepalnews.com ia Apr 28
