Planning Commission to dispatch teams

The National Planning Commission (NPC) is preparing to dispatch teams to various development regions to study the situation and formulate necessary development programs to provide relief to conflict-victims, reconstruct physical infrastructures and rehabilitate people.

The NPC members will be heading such teams, according to NPC release issued on Tuesday (October 10).

As per its decision, Dr. Chaitanya Subba will head a team that will be dispatched to the eastern region. Likewise, Dr. Posh Raj Pandey has been assigned the western region and Ramakanta Gauro the far western region. Furthermore, Bhim Neupane will head the team responsible for the mid-western region.
