Two bikers killed in road mishap

Two persons on a motorbike were killed when a bus hit their motorbike on the Arniko Highway in Kavre district Monday afternoon.

Sajan Shakya, 21, of Banepa Municipality-9 and another person whose identity is yet to be confirmed, died on the spot when a bus on its way to Panauiti from Kathmandu hit the motorbike with a number plate Ba-15-Pa 9081 at Janagal area, reports said quoting police officials.

The victims were returning after participating in a motorcycle rally organised to mark the 1127th Nepal Sambat (Nepal Era). nepalnews.com mk Oct 23 06
