Wild elephant kills another woman

A wild elephant killed 28-year-old Dhan Kumari Rai in Hasposa of Sunsari Monday night, ahead of the Tihar festival, the second greatest festival of Hindus.

According to media report, Rai had come to Hasposa Bramhatole to celebrate Bhai Tika.

The wild elephant attacked her at 8 last night and banged her onto the ground with its trunk.

The wild elephant in the last few days has killed three others as well in Panchkanya and Dharan of Sunsari.
