The Loktantra Day Organising Committee formed by the civil society organisations has decided to hold the mass meeting as well as hold a discussion programme titled "The People's Movement: Recollection, Evaluation and Monitoring the Road Ahead" on April 22.

The meeting of the committee chaired by citizen-activist Padma Ratna Tuladhar also decided to prepare a video-commemoration of the 19-day People's Movement and distribute it for country-wide screening on 23 April.
