Police arrest six miscreants from Royal Casino

Acting on a tip off, police on Wednesday arrested six miscreants from the posh locale of King's Way.

Police arrested them from the parking area of Royal Casino inside Hotel Yak & Yeti in King's Way (Durbarmarg). Among those arrested are Buddhi Karki, Shishir Thapa, Himal Pariyar, Suraj Singh Lama, Saban Lama and Ashok Rai. The police also confiscated two guns with 14 rounds of bullets, swords and knives from the miscreants.

The casino staffers had tipped the police immediately after the miscreants forcefully gained entry inside the casino and started disturbing normal business inside it by engaging in vandalism.

Immediately after their arrest, the miscreants were taken to Hanumandhoka Police Station where they have been kept for interrogation, according to Durbarmarg Police
