SLC exams from March 17 to 27

The uncertainly shrouding this year’s School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams is over with the Examination Control Board today setting the March 17-27 schedule for the exams.

According to exams controller Harka Prasad Shrestha, a meeting of the board today decided to conduct the exams from March 17. The board came up with the schedule after the government informed that it was preparing for mid-April election to constituent assembly.

It was feared that the exams could be delayed by weeks due to the polls taking place around the time.
