Korea lists Nepal as source country for importing labour

The South Korean government has listed Nepal among the source countries for import of labourers.

The South Korean government has listed five countries including Nepal and Bangladesh to import 109 thousand labourers this year.

The South Korean government had already listed 10 countries in the list of source countries for importing labourers and added five countries this year.

After Nepal is listed as a source country, more Nepali workers would be able to go to Korea for jobs.

Korea is a lucrative labour market for Nepali foreign job seekers due to handsome remuneration and facilities.
