Curfew re-clamped in four cities

With the intention of preventing the violence from spreading further, local administrations have re-imposed curfew in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur and Lahan city in eastern Terai region on Friday.

The local administration has clamped curfew in Biratnagar from 8 am till 6 pm on Friday. Likewise, Birgunj will be under curfew between 9 am till 9 pm while Janakpur will be under the day long curfew between 7 am till 5 pm.

Lahan, the city which has been under the wraps of intermittent curfew hours since past one week, will be further under the grips of curfew between 10 am till 6 pm on Friday.
