Top leaders of the eight parties have begun discussion on formation of interim government, probable date for the constituent assembly election, and the aftermath of Gaur violence.

Prime Minister Koirala held a meeting with Prachanda for an hour and is set to discuss with Nepal and Deuba separately to decide the make-up of the interim government and fix the date for CA polls.
Prachanda, who left Baluwatar after his discussion with the Prime Minister, described the meeting as “very important”. According to him, today’s meeting is set to come up with a concrete decision on interim government and the CA polls.
The eight-party leaders were to meet on Friday, but the meeting was postponed as the Maoist leaders were busy in the memorial service for the victims of Gaur massacre. nepalnews.com mk Mar 24 07
