Nepal participates in MITT

In a bid to promote tourism industry of the country, Nepal participated at the 14th Moscow International Travel and Tourist Exhibition (MITT) held at Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow Russia from March 21-24, 2007.

A press release issued by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) said more than 40 thousand visitors visited the MITT.

Two Nepalese Private companies Avia Club Nepal Pvt. Ltd and South Asian Holidays Pvt. Ltd also took part in this fair.

"Nepal's participation in MITT exhibition provided Nepalese Travel Trade with an opportunity to obtain complete information on the market, get acquainted with the interest of the consumers, take professional opinions and personally interact with the leaders of the tourism industry," the statement added.
