Demanding that the Civil Service Act be ratified immediately, civil servants have halted all work and announced fresh protest programmes from today onwards.
The Civil Service Employees Association, Civil Servants' Union and National Civil Servants' Association had announced the beginning of the new phase of their protest programme by calling a joint press conference Thursday.
