Crown Prince Paras admitted to Norvic hospital after 'heart attack' (13:00 PM)

Crown Prince Paras has been admitted to Norvic hospital in Thapathali this morning at round 11.35 am after he suffered ‘heart attack’.

King Gyanendra, Queen Komal and Princess Himani reached the hospital at 11:50 am. CP Paras’ sister Prechhya arrived at the hospital around 12:15 pm.

A team of 12 doctors from Gangalal Heart Centre and Norvic are involved in his treatment, reports say.

The hospital authority has not given any information about his illness. Security around the hospital has been increased.

Doctors are to hold a news conference at the hospital shortly.
