Inaugurating a function organised to mark the Civil Servants Day in the capital, Koirala said the CA would change the face of the nation and urged all sides, including civil servants, to remain committed to conduct the elections.

“You know my health is not quite good. I am preserving my health for the sake of election in November,” an emotional Prime Minister spoke.

Koirala also urged the civil servants to work impartially and with high morale. He maintained that the CA would not only change the political landscape, but it would also bring about massive change in the bureaucracy.
