Blast at NC candidate's house in Birgunj

Unidentified persons detonated a socket bomb at the residence of Nepali Congress election candidate in Parsa-3, Ajaya Pratap Chaurasiya, in Birgunj Thursday evening.

Reports say one person was injured in the blast, but details of the damage were not immediately known.
