Chief of the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum (MJF) Upendra Yadav has said his party will not join the Maoist-led new government until the agreements reached earlier are implemented.
Yadav said on Friday that his party gives more priority to guaranteeing the rights of the Madhesi people than joining the government.
He stressed on his demands for autonomous single Madhes in a federal system which the Maoist leadership have denied saying other ethnic groups in the Terai would oppose the idea.
He however, called on all parties to set common agendas for building a new Nepal through the constituent assembly elections.
He also demanded resignation of Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala since his party was defeated in the polls but failed to mention who would lead the new government at a time the Election Commission is yet to announce the complete results of the CA polls. nepalnews.com ia Apr 19 08
