Chinese Prez assures more assistance, investment
Chinese President Hu Jintao has assured Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal
of more development assistance and investment in Nepal.
According to new reports, Hu said this during a meeting with PM Dahal in
Beijing Sunday.
Reports further said Chinese president also suggested Dahal to take peace
process and development together.
However, other details of the matters discussed between the two leaders
have not been revealed. PM Dahal met President Hu at the Great Hall of the
People, the presidential office of China.
Earlier in morning, Dahal had met Chinese premier Wen Jiabao.
During his stay in Beijing, Dahal is scheduled to meet with senior other
leaders of the Chinese communist party including it's the head of its
foreign relation department. He is also scheduled visit Mao's birthplace,
the Great Wall and the white pagoda temple built by Nepali architect
