PM Dahal to return today
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is set to return home, Wednesday, after completing four-day visit to China.
PM Prachanda, along with his entourage, has reached Bangkok, Tuesday, from Beijing.
Talking to RSS before leaving Beijing, PM Dahal said that his China visit has been ‘most successful.’
“In totality, the visit has been successful. This is the conclusion of our delegation,” he said, adding, “Basically, I (went to Beijing) to attend the closing ceremony of Beijing Olympics. We think that the political meetings we held subsequently have also been very good.”
In his first foreign visit after he was elected the prime minister, PM Dahal went to China to attend the closing ceremony of Beijing Olympics.
He also held meetings with Chinese President Hu Jintao and Chinese premier Wen Jiabao during his stay in Beijing. nepalnews.com sd Aug 27 08
