President Yadav undergoes successful cataract surgery

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav underwent a cataract surgery on his left eye at B.P Koirala Lions Centre for Ophthalmic Studies in Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Sunday morning.

According to officials at the Centre, Dr. Dev Narayan Shah performed the surgery on the President in about an hour. Cataract was detected on his left eye when he had undergone checkup one month ago.
