One hurt in Birgunj bomb blast

At least one person was injured when a bomb went off at Ghantaghar area in the southern border town of Birgunj Wednesday evening.

Reports said a pedestrian identified as Prakash Tiwari was injured in the blast.

Nobody has claimed responsibility for the blast yet.

Two local residents were injured in an explosion at Bypass Road in the town last night. nepalnews.com July 16 08
