PM Koirala in Biratnagar
Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala arrived in his hometown Biratnagar Saturday evening.
Briefly talking to reporters at the Biratnagar Airport, Koirala said the position of his party, Nepali Congress, had not weakened in spite of a number of senior leaders from Terai quitting the party.
He will stay there for two days.
While in Biratnagar, Koirala is scheduled to meet party workers and heads of security agencies based in eastern region, but will not participate in the election campaign of the party. nepalnews.com mk Mar 08 08
