Mahara vows to politically retaliate killing of Maoist cadres
A senior Maoist leader and Minister for Information and Communication Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said that his party will politically retaliate the killings of Maoist cadres.
Talking to reporters after paying respect to a slain Maoist cadre, Mahara said, "We don't only condemn this killing but vow to politically retaliate."
He did not elaborate what he meant by political retaliation.
He, however, accused that a royalist section within Nepali Congress was working to foil the election
A Maoist cadre Ganga Bahadur Bhujel had been killed in Solukhumbu on Wednesday after clashes erupted between the workers of Maoist and Nepali Congress (NC) workers.
A former minister and NC leader Bal Bahadur KC was seriously injured in the clash and is undergoing treatment at the hospital in Kathmandu. nepalnews.com sd Mar 27 08
