CA court issues stay order on Sindhuli-1 case

Constituent Assembly Court has issued a stay order in name of CPN-UML's CA member Bisham Lal Adhikari not to take oath as CA member.

The three-member bench of the court on Friday stayed the electoral win of Adhikari in Sindhuli constituency 1, until the petitioner presents his written argument to the court.

Maoist candidate Shanti Ram Karki had filed a case against him, citing 'irregularities' in vote counting in the constituency.
