UTL says demonstrators not their staf
United Telecom Limited (UTL) has said those demonstrating in front of its
office demanding job permanency, are not associated with the company.
In a statement, UTL said the demonstrators are employees with J&T
Associates, from where UTL outsource human resource in marketing
and customer service under a time-bound outsourcing contract.
"With the help and assistance of the law enforcing agencies of the
government, we are attempting to maintain and operate our services as
satisfactorily as possible," UTL said.
However, the protestors continue demonstrating in major offices of the UTL
alleging that the management failed to implement the agreement reached
