National football team suffers humiliating defeat
The Nepal national football team suffered a humiliating 0-7 defeat at the hands of the Thai national team in a friendly match played in Bangkok on Tuesday.
The first half was barren with all seven goals scored in the second half. Despite fielding second choice players, Thailand routed Nepal scoring seven goals in frequent intervals.
Teerasilp Dangda and Ronnachai Rangsiyo scored two goals each while Sucha Nutum and Sarayoot Chalkamdee also scored to ensure high-flying
margin.
Earlier Nepal had played to a 2-2 draw against Thai league outfit Bangkok Glass.
