Six killed in bus accident

Around six people are reported dead when a mini bus skidded off the road and plunged into the confluence of the Trisuli and Marshyangdi rivers near Mugling in Dhading district Friday afternoon.

According to initial reports, around 17 people have been injured.

The bus with registration number Na 3 Kh 5236 was heading to Narayangarh from Pokhara. The bus is half immersed in the river. Police and local villagers have started rescue operation at the incident site while the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
