Oli warns of ending UML's partnership with Maoists
Standing committee member of CPN (UML) K. P. Sharma Oli warned of moving away from coalition with the CPN (Maoist) if it did not stop engaging in the continued unruly activities.
Speaking at a press meet in Lahan of Siraha on Friday, Oli called on the Maoist leadership to control the criminal and disorderly activities of its party workers if they want support from UML.
On Thursday, UML general secretary Jhala Nath Khanal had given similar warning to Maoist leaders.
He also accused the Maoists of trying to sow division between Nepali Congress and his party but did not elaborate.
