Nepal likely to lead political coordination committee
The former general secretary of the Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) Madhav Kumar Nepal is likely to lead the high-level political coordination committee.

According to reports, the UML is recommending Nepal's name to lead the committee – which is going to be formed in order to provide political guidance to the government.
The committee will include representations from all the coalition partners.
The decision about the committee and its members is expected to be taken at the cabinet meeting scheduled to take place later in the afternoon, Sunday.
The cabinet meeting will also discuss about the budget and the need to bolster security and supplies situation during the festival period, among others. nepalnews.com sd Oct 05 08
