NRN representatives meet with president, PM
Representatives of Non Resident Nepalese (NRN) met with president Dr Rambaran Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and deputy prime minister and home minister Bamdev Gautam, separately, on Thursday.
The president appreciated the role played by the NRNs and asked them to work further in order to boost the nation building process.
The PM also urged them to come forth in order to build new Nepal.
President of NRN Association Dr. Upendra Mahato said that the NRN understand the problems of Nepal well.
“We know that the root of our problem is poverty and lack of education,” he said, adding that NRN are ready to support in building a prosperous Nepal.
During these meetings, the NRN representatives called for better laws and policies to promote their investment.
