Minor clash in Dhanusha, two injured
A few CPN (UML) cadres have been injured as they clashed with Nepali Congress cadres in Dhanusha constituency – 5 Friday afternoon.
The clash occurred after the UML cadres accused police personnel deployed in the area for polls security of supporting the Nepali Congress candidate Chandra Mohan Yadav, who is son of president Dr Ram Baran Yadav.
Two Youth Force cadres have been seriously injured in the clash.
Five rounds of firing were heard during the clash at Sapahi polling station but no one has been injured from the firing. Police strength has been increased after the incident. Following the deployment of police, situation has been brought under control. nepalnews.com ia Apr 10 09
