NT augments its reach to eastern Nepal
Nepal Telecom (NT), the state run telco, has installed VTS equipment at Pashupati Nagar, thus extending the reach of its GSM service to the eastern part of the country.
According to media reports, the VTS towers at Tundhikhel in Ilam and at zero kilometer in Pashupati Nagar have started to operate.
The NT is also gearing up to upgrade its technology at the office and operate the tower located at Biblyate in Illam.
