St. Xaviers School closed indefinitely

St. Xaviers' School in Jawalakhel, has been closed indefinitely by the school management from Tuesday. The school has cited 'unfavourable conditions to run the school' as the reason for closure in a notice sent to the parents on Monday.

The school was closed after Intitutional School Teachers' Union (ISTCHU), St. Xaviers' Unit started protest demanding salary hike, a pension fund and teacher's representation in the school management.
