The winners of two constituencies included Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' (he has vacated Rolpa-2 constituency); Foreign Minister Upendra Yadav (Morang-5); Works and Physical Planning Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar (Morang-7); Law Minister Dev Gurung (Kaski-1); and NC leader Sher Bahadur Deuba (Kanchanpur-4).
