Bhotekoshi power house resumes production

Bhotekoshi hydro-electric power house, that was closed five months ago, has resumed production after the completion of maintenance works.

The power house started production from the second unit last week, and from the first unit last month, Bhotekoshi hydel project said in a press statement issued Tuesday.

Bhotekoshi is producing 36 MW of power. It had shut down in February citing electromechanical problems in the plant.
