PM Nepal goes online

Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has launched a personal website www.madhavnepal.com Monday.

PM Nepal launched the website to give easy and direct access to the people and the media about his activities and information and allow them to give feedback and suggestions directly, PM’s press advisor Bishnu Rijal told nepalnews.

Nepal’s website includes news related to the PM, speeches and statements of the PM, audio-visual recordings of the programmes attended by the PM, photo-gallery and a schedule of PM’s formal programmes.

The public can also pose questions and give suggestions to the PM through the website. The website will be updated regularly, Rijal said.

Nepal is the second central level political leader to launch a personal website. Maoist leader Dr Babu Ram Bhattarai has been running a blog www.baburambhattarai.com.
