Jajarkot diarrhea toll hits 65
Jajarkot, a remote Midwestern district, remains gripped by diarrhea
epidemic with the death toll reaching 65 by Tuesday morning.
According to latest reports, five additional deaths were reported in
Salma, a remote village. The news of these deaths came days later.
Barsha Bahadur Khadka, 55, of Laha VDC and Jayashwori Buda, 21, of Punma
VDC were among five others who died Tuesday morning.
The reports of diarrhea deaths in Jajorkot continue to come since past few
days. Though local authorities said medical teams have been dispatched to
