Three die after consuming poisonous mushroom

Three persons of a family in Tulsipur, Dang district, have died due to illness caused by consumption of poisonous mushroom.

Tej Bahadur Pun, 14, Tara Bahadur Pun, and 12-yr-old Purna Bahadur Pun, who had been taken ill after consuming poisonous mushroom five days ago, died on Friday while undergoing treatment at Kohalpur Teaching Hospital in Banke, reports said.

Three others, who were hospitalised along with them, are still undergoing treatment at the hospital. nepalnews.com
