Opposition leaders say they will not join Bhattarai govt

Leaders of opposition parties- Nepali Congress and CPN–UML have said that they would not join the coalition government led by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.
Speaking at a programme in Kathmandu on Sunday Nepali Congress central committee member Ram Sharan Mahat ruled out possibility of his party joining the Bhattarai government accusing that the government of corruption. “Nepali Congress will not be jocker by joining the corrupted government in the history,” he said.

He also demanded that PM Bhattarai should resign to pave the way for national consensus government.
On the occasion, UML leader Pradeep Gyawali said that his party would not join Bhattarai government unitl it scraps four point agreement signed with United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF). He also said that UML would support Nepali Congress to lead the consensus government. Nepalnews.com
