HSEB Plus Two exams start from today

Examinations of grade 12 under the Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) started from Sunday. Altogether 405,526 students are appearing for the examinations of this year. Of total, 262,989 students are taking the exams under regular and 142,537 students under partial category.

The board has also determined some 925 examination centers across the country, RSS quoted HSEB Examination Controller Durga Prasad Aryal as saying.

Despite refusal from the teachers’ community of higher secondary schools across the country for 11 and 12 exams, the board has conducted the grade 12 examination from today which will conclude on May 11.

The teachers under Nepal Community Higher Secondary School Teacher’s Union (NCHITU) are in a protest putting forth 15-point demand including permanent appointment for community higher secondary teachers. nepalnews.com
