St. Xavier’s school to celebrate Diamond Jubilee

St. Xavier’s School, one of the premier education institutions in Nepal, is all set to celebrate its Diamond Jubilee on May 6.

President Ram Baran Yadav will be the chief guest of the event to be held at the school premises in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, said the school.

The institution is run by Nepal Jesuit Society (NJS). The school was established on July 5, 1951 by Father Marshall D. Moran.

The Society also runs two school in Jhapa beside one each in Jawalakhel and Godavari. Similarly, it runs a college in Maitighar and various social organisations among others. nepalnews.com
