Three children drowned to death

Three children who were missing since yesterday, have been found dead in Gaurimudi VDC-5 in Dolakha district. Police said they were drowned to death while swimming in local Kaileshwor pond.

The deceased have been identified as Sanam Tamang, 13, Laxman Tamang, 14, and Ram Tamang, 14, according to the police. Ram and Laxman are the twins, the police said.

The three children had gone to the paddy fields to irrigate rice plant. The police and local people had started search for them after they didn’t return home till late night. nepalnews.com
