Issues, challenges in banking industry discussed

National Banking Training Institute (NBTI) in association with HR Club Nepal organised a HR Workshop to discuss on the issues and challenges prevailing in human resource of the banking industry on August 17 and 18 at Gokarna Forest Resort in Kathmandu.

HR professionals conducted discussions on Role of HR by Line Managers, Performance Management System, Role of HR in Merger, Occupational Safety and Health/Work-Life Balance in Banking and establishing a common salary survey format.

On the occasion, CEO of NBTI Sanjib Subba announced the various programmes and new initiatives mainly Banking 3000 courseware and Banking Diploma and the importance of NBTI and industry working together to achieve organisational productivity through capacity enhancement of human capital in the industry, according to the press statement of NTBI.
