Parasu Narayan Chaudhary dies at 86

The then chairman of the erstwhile Raj Parishad Permanent Committee Parasu Narayan Chaudhary died at the age of the 86 Thursday morning.

Chaudhary who had been suffering from asthma and heart disease died at around 2:15 am while being treated at Patan Hospital.

He was Nepali Congress general secretary before joining the party-less Panchayat politics in 2037 B.S and went on to become education minister.

He is survived by wife, two sons and a daughter. nepalnews.com
