Eminent literary figure Yatri no more

Noted literary figure Purna Prakash Nepal 'Yatri' passed away at the age of 79 on Thursday morning.

Afflicted from high blood pressure and diabetes, Yatri breathed his last at 4.00am today while undergoing treatment at Nepal Medical College.

His mortal body will be kept on the premises of Nepal Academy from 9.00am to 12.00 this morning for final tribute.

The funeral rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today, said Ananta Nepal, son of the late Yatri.
