Nobel Laureate Yunus arriving on Friday
Nobel laureate Mohammad Yunus is arriving in Kathmandu on Friday on three day visit, the Yunus Centre said.

Yunus, a professor of economics, pioneered the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.
In 2006, Yunus and his Grameen Bank received the Nobel Peace Prize.
H.K. Shrestha, Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh called on Yunus earlier in the day to talk about his Nepal visit, the centre added.
Yunus is scheduled to attend the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) in Kathmandu.
He will also attend ‘Social Business and Youth’ programme to be jointly organised by Central Department of Economics of Tribhuvan University, Confederation of Nepalese Industries - Young Entrepreneurs Forum, and Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum at Tribhuvan University. nepalnews.com
