Woman detainee who fled police custody nabbed at border
An Indian woman facing theft charges who fled the police custody in Pokhara two weeks ago was arrested from the border town of Sunauli in Rupandehi, on Saturday.
Bindu Harijan, who was arrested for snatching gold ornament from a woman inside a microbus in Pokhara, was held when she was on her way to India, police said.
The police men were caught unawares as she slipped out of the ward police station at Bagar. nepalnews.com
