Man charged of raping mentally handicapped woman

A man has been charged with raping a mentally disabled woman in Morang district.

Ambar Bahadur Karki, 45, from Letang VDC was arrested by police for allegedly raping a mentally retarded woman by entering into her house in a neigbouring ward on Thursday night.

Karki was arrested following complaints by locals that he raped the handicapped woman, reports said. Nepalnews.com
